All new employees will undergo a 6 day (paid) training program before going live. Once on the job support agents will respond to bol.com’s Dutch speaking client requests through multiple communication channels; phone, email and chat. The main focus will be to maintain solid customer relationships by handling their inquiries and concerns.

The support opening hours are 24/7. The standard working week is 40 hours with a morning, afternoon and night shift. On the occasions where you work on a weekend you will be given time off during the week. The project is located in Thessaloniki however both training and the actual work for this role are conducted remotely from home so you will not need to come to the office. TelePerformance will provide you with any necessary equipment. (computer, etc.).
NOTE: While the work can be done remotely, you still need to be located in Greece and once COVID is over you will be required to work from the office.
The gross monthly salary is 1 300 Euro which is well above the Greek average. Plus you can also earn a monthly bonus of up to 150 Euros.
In addition over the course of a year instead of 12 monthly salary’s you will actually receive 14. An extra 1 months salary is paid around Xmas, an extra half month at Easter and another half during the summer.
Work on weekends and overtime are paid at premium rates. The company provides private medical insurance as well as online Greek language courses. They also organise social events, sporting activities and community social responsibility activities.
